Now that you know what to stop telling yourself, we’re sharing our favorite simple ways to stay active. Get started on finding your healthy relationship with exercise by incorporating one or all of these four healthy habits into your routine this month.

#1 Get started with “mini” workouts…

Start your day with a 10-minute workout like this, build your own routine with these exercise how-to cards or step up your daily walks with these calorie-blasting walking tips.

#2 From the Mira app: Get outside for a power walk every Saturday or Sunday

Start or end your day with a power walk. Squeeze it in before the kids get up or when you put them to bed. If weekends don’t work, pick a time during the week.
